New from the makers of Maya Wrap - The Lightly Padded Baby Sling. The fabulous Maya Wrap fabric is combined with a lightly padded shoulder. The padding is "just enough" - It is only in a small part of the shoulder and does not make the sling hot or add excessive bulk. There is no padding in the rails to add extra bulk.
Each Maya wrap sling comes with printed instructions and a Free DVD that will show you how to do all of the carrying positions used for a ring sling.
Maya is known for their beautiful hand-woven fabrics. The fabric is ideal for a baby sling: strong, yet breathable, easy to manipulate and lightweight. Maya Wrap Baby Carriers are sewn from 100% cotton, hand loomed fabric. It folds up to almost nothing to fit easily in a diaper bag.
Each Maya Wrap sling has a zipper pocket in the tail big enough to hold a diaper and a few lightweight items. They are completely adjustable to easily fit most individuals. A medium sling will fit most people comfortably - the difference will be the length of the tail.

No thread is guaranteed colorfast. Your Maya Wrap has been pre-washed so the excess dye is rinsed out, however, we recommend that you test your Maya Wrap before you first use it by pressing a moist white cloth or cotton ball against it, the white cloth or cotton ball should not turn color.
The dyes used to make Maya Wrap Baby Carriers are certified by the manufacturer to not contain any copper, nickel, lead, mercury, cadmium, cobalt, aluminum, arsenic, chromium or any other poisonous substance.
PLEASE NOTE - The Maya Wrap slings come unthreaded. Meaning that you will need to thread the material through the rings prior to using the sling for the first time. So, if you would like your sling to come to you prethreaded through the rings, please note that in your order and one of our sling experts will prethread your sling prior to shipment. Also note that once threaded, the sling may not fit back into the package as well as it did prior to being unfolded and pre-threaded. Threading instructions are also included on the DVD.
