The Maya Wrap lightly Padded Baby Sling is 100% hand-woven fabric with a lightly padded shoulder and has a zippered pocket for small items. The padding is "just enough". It is only in a small part of the shoulder and does not make the sling hot or bulky. The Maya wrap sling comes with a Free DVD that will show you all of the carrying positions. The fabric breathable and lightweight and come in sizes SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE and EXTRA LARGE. A size medium sling will fit most people comfortably - the difference is sizes will be the length of the tail. Please refer to the Maya Wrap size chart.
